  The financial side of starting and operating a business can be a bit overwhelming.  Many small businesses begin with a lack of information and so many unanswered questions.  At EnVizion Accounting & Payroll Services LLC, our desire is to help in this area. We offer the opportunity for business owners to focus on what they are good at doing by helping with areas that can be frustrating and draining.   We offer many services to help.  We review bookkeeping, reconcile bank and credit card accounts, accounts payable (bill pay), accounts receivable (invoicing), payroll, calculate sales tax, address worker compensation audits, prepare financials to send to the client’s CPA for tax preparation, and do some tax preparation ourselves.  We review notices for explanation and answer questions that pop up on occasion. We can be as “hands-on” as our clients would like us to be.  Most importantly, we build relationships.  Relationships are the heart of everything we do.
